Since 2009, I have been sharing the practice of yoga in the Iyengar tradition here in Vancouver. As a certified Iyengar yoga teacher, I tailor my teaching to each individual’s capacity, providing thoughtful adaptations, progressions, and contemplative practices that foster sensitivity, deepen understanding through experience, and encourage learning through observation. I regularly study with the Iyengar family, continually drawing inspiration from their vast knowledge and wisdom. Outside the yoga studio, you’ll often find me enjoying the serene ocean on a stand-up paddleboard at Jericho Beach or spending quality time with my family, friends, and my dog, Richard.

I grew up in Quebec and went on to graduate from McGill University. My career in information technology carried me through diverse industries in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver, with a memorable chapter living and working in Tokyo.
Staying active has always been a natural part of my life, but yoga reshaped my relationship with movement. It offered me tools I could carry into every area of life, bringing calm, focus, and a deeper sense of balance. Yoga became a path to healing as well - helping me ease the lingering pain and imbalances from a cycling accident in my twenties, and more recently supporting my recovery from a spiral fracture of my fifth metatarsal through an adapted practice.
The words of B.K.S. Iyengar “Yoga does not just change the way we see things; it transforms the person who sees.” shifted something within me. They opened the door to experiencing yoga not only as physical movement, but as a practice of true transformation.
After years of dedicated study, practice, and certification assessments, I eventually transitioned from my career in industry to teaching yoga, sharing the transformative benefits of the Iyengar tradition with others.
