There is yoga and there is yoga teachers. I've been lucky to find the best of both. Iyengar yoga taught by Cheryl is challenging, rewarding and fun. Cheryl is very resourceful: just when I think I reached my limit, she finds a way to move me forward. My husband and I have been learning Iyengar yoga under Cheryl’s guidance since 2020 January. We took the group sessions initially and started taking private lessons and continue to do so currently.

In both formats, Cheryl is absolutely fantastic in understanding the class needs and tailors the session for maximum impact.
